2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 slice cucumber
1 medium sized red onion
1 cup chopped coriander
3 green chilies
2 eggs

Add 4 cans of chickpeas to a pot and smash them.

Add 2 medium size boiled potatoes to the pot.

Add 1/2 tablespoon salt, 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder, and 1/2 tablespoon crushed chili to the pot.

Pour in 4 cups of boiling water and mix well.

Leave the mixture to cook on medium flame for 20 minutes.

Prepare the tamarind sauce by mixing 1 tablespoon sugar, 1/2 tablespoon chaat masala, 1/2 tablespoon crushed red chili, and 2 tablespoons lemon juice.

After 20 minutes, add half a packet of chaat masala to the chickpea mixture and mix well.

Plate the mixture and add stuffing: half a slice of cucumber, 1 medium sized red onion, 1 cup chopped coriander, 3 green chilies, and 2 smashed eggs.

Decorate with additional onions, coriander, eggs, cucumber, and green chilies.

Finally, drizzle with tamarind sauce and add crushed nimki for crunch.
