3 packets Sazón Goya con culantro y achiote
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon achiote paste/recado
1 hot pepper of your choice
½ teaspoon salt
2 ¾ cups maseca
1 ½ teaspoon salt
1/3 cup shortening, melted
3 ¼ cups water
