1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (60 ml)
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (15 ml)
1 large clove garlic
1 tsp dried oregano (1 gram)
1/2 tsp dried thyme (0.5 gram)
sea salt
freshly cracked black pepper
1 small red onion
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (75 grams)
1/2 cup black pitted olives (60 grams)
1/4 cup fresh parsley (15 grams)
crumbled feta cheese
