Wash and dry 400 g of boiled porcini mushrooms, and peel the onion. Cut the mushrooms into slices and the onion into cubes.

Heat a frying pan with 20 g butter and 1 tbsp. oil. First, fry the onion for about 5-7 minutes.

In a separate dry frying pan, stir constantly, fry 2 tbsp. of flour until golden brown.

Using a whisk, thoroughly mix the roasted flour with 550 ml of cold milk so that there are no lumps.

Pour the flour-milk mixture into the pan with the onions, add the sliced mushrooms, and simmer the ingredients for 5 minutes.

Salt and pepper the machanka to taste, add 2 tbsp. sour cream, mix and simmer for another 3-5 minutes.
