For ‘Cherpumple’, whip egg whites with half of the sugar. Separately whip yolks with the rest of the sugar. Mix everything together and add in flour. Stir and pour into a pie mold with apple, pumpkin, and cherry. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 355°F. Coat with buttercream frosting.

Prepare custard by mixing flour with milk, dissolving sugar in water, and boiling milk with tangerine rind and cinnamon sticks. Add milk-flour mixture, stir, and add yolks. Pour custard into tarts and add tangerine. Cook for 15 minutes at 390°F.
For caramel, dissolve sugar in water and boil until golden brown.
For ‘Mochi’, mix powdered sugar with rice flour, juice, and half of the water. Whip and microwave for 1 ½ minutes. For filling, use apricots and walnuts or cream cheese mixed with powdered sugar. Roll out dough, cut into squares, fill, and shape.
