Fill a pan with water and add some salt.
Add potatoes to the pan and bring to a boil for about 8 minutes.
Remove the potatoes from the water and set aside to roast later.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (about 392°F).
Season chicken breast with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and smoked paprika.
Place the seasoned chicken breast on a tray and put it in the oven.
Prepare the green beans by topping and tailing them, then place them in a bowl with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and melted butter. Stir to coat.
Slice the boiled potatoes into about 1-inch thick pieces and add them to the bowl with olive oil and salt, stirring to coat.
After 10 minutes, add the potatoes and green beans to the tray with the chicken in the oven.
Roast everything in the oven for about 25 minutes, checking the beans to prevent overcooking.
While the chicken and vegetables are roasting, make a garlic cream sauce by melting butter in a pan, adding garlic, and cooking for about 30 seconds.
Add a small amount of stock and black pepper to the garlic, followed by a pinch of Cajun seasoning.
Stir in cream to the sauce, adjusting the thickness to your preference.
Once everything is cooked, serve the chicken with garlic butter green beans, roasted potatoes, and drizzle the garlic cream sauce over the top.
