4 teaspoons prepared cajun seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

In a bowl, add all the cajun seasoning ingredients and mix well. Keep aside.

Heat 1 litre water in a heavy skillet, add 1 teaspoon oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 280 grams pasta. Mix well and bring to a boil.

Boil for 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat. Remove from heat and drain the pasta well. Keep aside.

In a mixing bowl, add 500 grams boneless chicken, 4 teaspoons prepared cajun seasoning, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder. Mix well and marinate for 10 - 15 minutes.

Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a pan, add the marinated chicken, and stir well. Cook until golden brown or cooked through. Remove from heat and keep aside.

In a heavy skillet, heat 2 tablespoons butter, add 85 grams onions, and fry until translucent.

Add 110 grams bell pepper and sauté for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.

Add 300 grams fresh cream and mix well. Bring to a boil.

Add 3/4 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1/2 teaspoon dried basil, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder. Mix well.

Add 35 grams parmesan cheese and mix again. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.

Add the boiled pasta and cooked chicken. Mix well and cook for another 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
