Hidratar el pan de molde con leche ideal.
Calentar aceite de oliva en una sartén.
Agregar cebolla picada en cubitos pequeños y cocinar.

Incorporar 1 taza de vino blanco y reducir la mezcla.
Licuar el pan hidratado con leche evaporada hasta que quede homogéneo.
Agregar la mezcla de pan a la sartén y cocinar hasta que tome consistencia.
Incorporar la carne de jaiva, asegurándose de que esté bien escurrida.
Agregar queso crema (aproximadamente dos tercios de un paquete) y mezclar bien.
Sazonar con sal y mezclar nuevamente.
Agregar queso parmesano a la mezcla y asegurarse de que haya suficiente jaiva.
Verter la mezcla en pocillos de gres aceitados.
Cubrir con más queso parmesano.
Hornear a 180°C por 30-35 minutos, hasta que esté burbujeante y dorado.
Servir caliente y disfrutar.
