4 tablespoons water
salt to taste
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste

Cut the french beans into pieces, about half a kilo.

Chop the two large potatoes into small pieces.

Gather all ingredients: fried onions, tomato, coriander, green chilies, cumin seeds, turmeric, garam masala, oil, water, and salt.

In a pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil and 4 tablespoons of water.

Add the fried onions, chopped tomato, green chilies, cumin seeds, turmeric, garam masala, chopped potatoes, and french beans to the pan.

Add salt to taste and mix everything properly together.

Switch on the hot plate and cover the pan with a lid.

After 5 minutes of cooking, remove the lid and add 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste, mixing it well.

Add an additional 3 tablespoons of water to help mix the ginger garlic paste.

Cover the pan again, lowering the flame to half, and let it cook for 25 minutes.

After 25 minutes, open the lid and add fresh coriander, mixing it well.

Plate the dish in a bowl or directly on a plate and garnish with chopped fresh coriander.
