8-10 Cloves Garlic (thinly sliced)
2 tbsp Roasted Peanuts
¼ Cup Fried Gram
1 Lemon-sized portion Tamarind
¾ Cup Hot Water
2 tsp Salt
¼ Cup Water
Noodles - 200 grams
2 tsp Oil
1 ½ Cup Cabbage (thinly sliced)
4-5 nos Thattai/Nipattu (crushed)
1 tbsp Red Chilli Flakes
½ Cup Coriander Leaves
½ no Lemon Juice
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
