1 and 1/2 teaspoon of salt
4 tablespoons of sunflower oil
3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
1 bunch of parsley or other type of fresh herb (used fresh dill)
black pepper to taste

Cut the cabbage in half and then into four pieces.

Remove the cabbage core.

Cut into thin slices.

Place the cabbage previously cut into slices in a bowl and add the salt.

Stir well and set aside for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, squeeze the cabbage with your hands or a clean dishtowel and place in a bowl.

Discard the water.

Chop the fresh herb and add to the cabbage.

In a container, place the oil, vinegar and lemon. Mix well.

Season with black pepper to taste.

Finally, add the mixture of oil, vinegar and lemon to the cabbage. Stir very well and serve.
