Crack the eggs into a bowl and add evaporated milk, then beat the mixture well.
Coat all sides of a slice of bread with the egg mixture.
Heat a non-stick pan over low heat and add unsalted butter.
Once the butter is melted and hot, add the coated bread and fry until golden brown.
Place the fried bread on a plate and drizzle sweetened condensed milk on top.
Stack another slice of bread on top and drizzle with more condensed milk.
Stack a third slice of bread on top and use a spoon to make an indentation in the middle of the bread.
In a pot, heat unsalted butter over low heat, then add evaporated milk and sweetened condensed milk, mixing well until it starts to boil.
Pour the mixture into the indentation of the bread and cover the entire bread with sifted Milo powder.
