Boil water and season it with salt.
Add spaghetti to boiling water and cook for 7-9 minutes until al dente.
In a non-stick pan, heat a little olive oil.
Cut smoked streaky bacon into large chunks and add to the pan, cooking until crispy.
Slice garlic thinly and add to the pan with the bacon.
Add frozen garden peas to the pan.
In a bowl, mix egg yolks with Grana Padano cheese and a spoon of creme fraiche.
Once spaghetti is cooked, drain it and reserve some pasta water.
Add the hot spaghetti to the pan with bacon and peas, mixing well.
Pour the egg mixture over the pasta and toss quickly, adding reserved pasta water to achieve a creamy consistency.
Season with black pepper and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
