100 grams halloumi cheese

1/2 cream cheese (about 100 grams)
1 tablespoon olive oil (to thin cream cheese)

Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).

Dice the cucumber, red pepper, bell pepper, and onion.

In a bowl, combine the diced cucumber, onion, and mixed peppers.

In a separate bowl, mash half of the cream cheese with 1 tablespoon of olive oil to thin it out, adding a little water if necessary.

Grate 270 grams of halloumi cheese and set aside.

On a cutting board, grate the cheddar cheese as well.

Layer the tortilla chips on a baking tray.

Spread dollops of the cream cheese mixture on the tortilla chips.
