Take 100 g of potato pieces in 200 ml of fish stock (made by boiling the sardine spines for 10 to 15 minutes in water and filtering it out).

Put in the sardine fillets with the potatoes.

Put in a spoon of mixture of spices, a spoon of chili powder, a spoon of coriander powder and salt to taste and mix.

Cook for 15 minutes in the pressure cooker.

Mash the potatoes and mix thoroughly with the sardine after cooking.

Shape the mashed mixture into small patty shapes.

Break in an egg and add salt and mix.

Dip the patties in the egg and apply bread crumbs over them.
