Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Fry the falafel in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Remove falafel and drain on paper towels.
Warm pita bread in a dry skillet or oven until soft.
Spread tahini on the pita and layer with falafel, vegetables, and pickles.
Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
