Pour 6 tablespoons of unflavored unsweetened gelatin into a bowl with Sprite and let it sit until the gelatin absorbs the liquid.
Add 4 cups of boiling water to the gelatin mixture and stir gently on low heat until the gelatin is completely dissolved and the liquid is clear.
Pour the liquid into a bundt pan, filling it halfway, and refrigerate until it starts to set but is still a little liquidy.
Once the mixture starts to set, press Easter Peeps upside down into the gelatin, ensuring they stay submerged.
Refrigerate again until the gelatin is fully set.
In a separate bowl, mix 1 package of cherry Jell-O with 1 tablespoon of unflavored gelatin and 1 cup of boiling water, stirring until dissolved.
Add 1 cup of cold water and 1 can of sweetened condensed milk to the cherry Jell-O mixture and stir until combined; let it sit to reach room temperature.
Pour the cherry layer over the set clear gelatin and refrigerate until set.
Repeat the process with 1 package of blue Jell-O, using 1 cup of boiling water, 1 cup of cold water, and 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, letting it cool to room temperature before pouring it over the cherry layer.
Refrigerate until the blue layer is set completely.
The next day, fill a sink with hot water and dip the bottom of the bundt pan into the hot water for about 30 seconds to help release the gelatin.
Place a clear plate on top of the bundt pan and invert it to release the gelatin dessert.
If it doesn't release easily, run fingers along the edge to let air in and help it pop out.
Slice the dessert between each Peep for serving.
