Vegetable oil is more affordable and has a high smoke point.
Chop 30 g of green onions.
Cut 500 g of chicken breast into pieces.
In a bowl, mix 2 tbsp of sour cream, 2 eggs, chopped parsley, 80 g of mozzarella, 2 tbsp of flour, salt, pepper, dry garlic, and paprika.
Heat oil for frying in a pan.
Fry the mixture on both sides over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
For the second recipe, peel and cut 3 large potatoes.
Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes and sprinkle with 150 g of grated mozzarella and provencal herbs.
Bake in the oven at 200 °C/400 °F for 20 minutes.
Chop 1 onion and 2 garlic cloves.
In a pan, heat olive oil and add 450 g of minced meat, chopped onion, and garlic.
Add 2 tbsp of tomato sauce, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp coriander, ½ tsp curry, and 1 tsp paprika.
Fry over low heat until cooked, then add rosemary and 80 g mozzarella.
Bake in the oven at 200 °C/400 °F for 15 minutes.
For the third recipe, chop ½ cabbage and cook until soft.
In a blender, combine cooked cabbage, 1 onion, 3 eggs, salt, and thyme.
Add 3 tbsp of flour and mix well, then wait for 15 minutes.
In a bowl, mix yogurt, garlic, dill, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
Fry the pancakes made from the cabbage mixture on both sides.
For the fourth recipe, peel and chop 3 large potatoes, 1 onion, 1 carrot, and 1 bell pepper.
In a bowl, mix the chopped vegetables with salt and chives, then add 3 eggs and 300 ml of milk.
Add 200 g of wholemeal flour and 2 tsp of baking powder, knead the dough, and wait for 15 minutes.
Bake the mixture in the oven for 45 minutes at 200 °C/400 °F.
Add 150 g of cheese on top and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
