Add 250 g of boning chicken into a saucepan.

Add 4 cups of water, 1 tsp black pepper powder, and 1 tsp sea salt; stir and bring to a boil.

Once boiling, reduce the flame to low, cover with a lid, and cook for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, remove the lid, turn off the flame, and take out the chicken pieces to a plate to cool.
