Trim the fat off the skirt steak using a boning knife.

In a mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup orange juice, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 5 cloves minced garlic, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1.5 teaspoons cumin, and 2.5 teaspoons chili powder.
