Season the flank steak with salt and fresh cracked pepper.

Sear the flank steak in the pan for about 2-3 minutes on each side.

Transfer the seared steak into the crockpot.

Add 3 cloves of garlic to the crockpot.

Add more salt, using a finer sea salt this time.

Pour in the juice of a whole orange into the crockpot.

Add 1/2 cup of beef stock to the crockpot.

Set the crockpot to low and cook for 8 hours.

After 8 hours, shred the meat with forks until it falls apart easily.

Assemble the tacos with the shredded meat and top with salsa.
