Combine 3 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon sugar in a bowl.
Add turmeric and 3/4 cup of grated butter, mixing until well combined.
Make a well in the mixture and pour in cold water, mixing to form a ball.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a skillet.
Add 1 pound of minced lean brown meat and cook until browned.
Add chopped skeleion and mix.
Blend onion, skeleion, green pepper, thyme, and garlic together.
Add the blended vegetables to the minced meat and mix.
Sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add 1 teaspoon curry powder, 1 teaspoon dried thyme, 1 teaspoon allspice, jerk seasoning, a pinch of black pepper, and a pinch of salt, mixing well.
Stir in 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, 1/4 cup soy sauce, and 1/4 cup beefto, simmering until the water evaporates.
Add bread crumbs to absorb excess moisture and mix until filling is moist and juicy.
Set the filling aside to cool.
Roll out the chilled dough on a floured surface.
Fold in butter to the rolled dough for flakiness, then roll again.
Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for an additional 20 minutes.
Roll out the dough again and cut into circles.
Apply egg wash on the dough, add filling, fold, and seal with a fork.
Place patties on a tray and apply egg wash on top.
Poke holes in the patties for air flow.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 30 minutes.
