Sausage Patties

1 lb ground pork
1/2 lb ground beef
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dried sage
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

In a large bowl, combine the ground pork and ground beef.

Add the breadcrumbs, milk, and egg to the meat mixture and mix well.

Season the mixture with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, sage, thyme, and cayenne pepper.
