Frozen yogurt reduces calories while maintaining creaminess

1

Gather all ingredients: vanilla ice cream, fresh strawberries, whole milk, crushed Oreos, homemade caramel sauce, and vanilla frosting.

2

For the strawberry milkshake, add 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream to the blender.

3

Add 6 fresh strawberries to the blender, leaving the leaves on some for decoration.

4

Pour in 1/2 cup of whole milk to help blend the ingredients.

5

Blend until smooth, but if the mixture is too runny, add 2 more scoops of ice cream to thicken it up.

6

Blend again until the desired thickness is achieved, then pour the milkshake into a glass and place it in the freezer.

7

For the Oreo milkshake, crush 3-4 Oreos and set aside.

8

Add 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream to the blender for the Oreo milkshake.

9

Pour in about 1/4 cup of whole milk to help blend the ingredients.

10

Blend until smooth, checking the thickness; add more ice cream if it's too thin.

11

Drizzle homemade caramel sauce around the inside of the glass before pouring in the milkshake.

12

Layer some crushed Oreos at the bottom of the glass and stick some around the edges for decoration.

13

Top the milkshake with whipped cream and more crushed Oreos, then place in the freezer for a few minutes to set the decorations.
