Empty two packets (14 grams) of dry yeast in a large bowl.

Add 350 ml each of warm milk and warm water.

Mix with a wooden spoon, then knead for about 10 minutes to form a soft and slightly sticky dough.

Shape the first piece into an oblong shape and cut three-quarters of the way through in approximately three-centimeter sections.
