Hot Water - 100ml
Ginger + Garlic Paste - 2 ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
Large Tomatoes - 2 (Sliced)
Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
Curry Powder - 4 tsp
Hot Water - 3.5 Litres
Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Green Chillies - 5
Flour mix - 2 tbsp
Cold Water - 50ml
Roasted Plain Flour - 1.5kg
Freshly Grated Coconut - 350g
Medium Red Onion - (Finely chopped)
Green Chillies - 4 (Finely chopped)
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Garlic Powder - 1 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
Crushed Chilli - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 ½ tsp
Curry Leaves (Crushed)
Maldives Fish (Maasi) - 3 tbsp
Leeks - 50g (Chopped)
