1 cup water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons raspberry brandy
1 cup fresh raspberry
2 tablespoons butter
2 lb filet mignon (chateaubriand)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
8 oz mushrooms
1 cup corn
4 crepes
2 large egg
1 cup flour
1 cup milk or water
1 tablespoon herbs

Mix raspberry preserve and frozen raspberries in a bowl.

Strain the mixture to create raspberry coulis, pressing to remove seeds.

Add raspberry brandy to the coulis and mix.

Churn the mixture in a sherbet machine or ice cream maker and freeze for a day.
