Finely chop the red onion and add it to the minced meat.
Finely chop 3 pieces of garlic and add to the mixture.
Grate 3 medium-sized potatoes and mix with the meat.
Add 1 whole egg and 3 tablespoons of flour to the mixture.
Mix everything with hands to get a compact mixture.
Spice the mixture with turmeric, salt, pepper, and garlic as desired.
Shape the mixture into djulbasti and coat them in flour.
Prepare a pan with oil and heat it up well.
Fry the djulbasti briefly on both sides until they get a brown golden color.
Arrange the djulbasti in a baking tray.
In the pan, add a little butter and 2 tablespoons of flour, mixing to avoid lumps.
Fry the flour a little, then add 600 ml of milk and boil for a short time.
Add a little salt and 100 ml of cooking cream to the sauce.
Spice the sauce with basil and rosemary.
Pour the béchamel sauce over the djulbasti, soaking them well.
Arrange pieces of gouda and mozzarella cheese on top.
Put the baking tray in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
