Avocado oil provides healthy fats.
Activate the yeast by mixing 2 tablespoons of yeast and 0.5 teaspoons of sugar in 3 cups of warm water. Let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes until bubbly.
In a large bowl, combine 6 cups of all-purpose flour and 0.5 teaspoons of salt.
Slowly add the yeast mixture and 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the flour while mixing on low speed.
Increase the speed and mix for about 5 minutes until the dough is sticky.
Grease a glass bowl with olive oil and transfer the dough into it. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
Divide the dough into 4 pieces and shape each piece into a long oval.
Create dimples along the surface of the shaped dough using your fingers.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the dough.
Place the shaped dough on greased baking sheets and bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
