Njahi & Guacamole wrap

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
crushed garlic
black beans
sweet corn
salt
cumin powder
all-purpose seasoning
peppers
onions
cayenne pepper
black pepper
mushrooms
tortillas
guacamole

Heat a pan with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Add crushed garlic and cook for 2 minutes.

Add black beans and stir them around.

Turn down the heat and shave sweet corn, then add it to the pan and stir.

Sprinkle salt and cumin powder into the mix.

Add one all-purpose seasoning cube.

Add peppers and onions, and cook for a bit.

Add cayenne pepper and black pepper, then mushrooms, and cook for about 3 minutes or less.

Toss everything together.

Warm tortillas on a non-stick pan with no cooking oil on low heat.

Remove the tortilla from the pan and spread guacamole on it.

Add the cooked veggies on top of the guacamole, then fold the tortilla.

Put the folded tortilla back on the pan and cook on low heat until it slightly browns.

Remove from the pan, slice in half, and serve.
