Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Chop 3/4 cup (90g) of dark chocolate (55%-70%).
In an 8x8 inch baking pan, prepare for baking.
Melt 3/4 cup (90g) of dark chocolate (55%-70%).
In a mixing bowl, combine melted chocolate and 3/4 cup (170g) of butter.
Add 1 tsp of instant espresso powder and mix well.
Stir in 1 cup of sugar until combined.
Add 3 eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Mix in 1 tsp (5g) of vanilla extract and 1/2 tsp of salt.
Add 1 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder and mix until incorporated.
Fold in 3/4 cup (95g) of flour until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes.
Check doneness by inserting a toothpick in the center; it should come out with a few moist crumbs sticking to it.
Cool completely before serving.
