1

Season the meat with paprika, vegetable seasoning, salt, pepper, and powdered garlic if desired.

2

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the dough, gradually adding water until you achieve a lump-free pancake-like consistency.

3

Grease a casserole dish with margarine or butter and pour in the prepared dough mixture.

4

Evenly spread the seasoned meat on top of the dough.

5

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 40 minutes.

6

For the topping, mix the sour cream with a spoon or fork, gradually adding milk until it reaches a fluid consistency, and salt to taste.

7

For soaking, heat 1 dl (0.4) of milk until steaming, then add 20 gr of margarine or 10-15 gr of butter to melt in the hot milk.

8

Once the pie is baked, pour the hot milk over it to soak every part, and let it sit for 5 minutes.

9

Spread the sour cream topping evenly over the pie and return it to the hot oven for an additional 5 minutes.
