Add 1 cup of white chocolate chips and 1 cup of heavy whipping cream to the pot.

Add 2 cups of half and half and 2 cups of sweet milk to the pot and stir until well blended.

Let the mixture simmer for about 8 minutes without boiling.

Remove from heat and stir in 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract.
