2 tablespoons white sesame
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon white vinegar

1 onion, sliced
7 to 8 dried red chilies
1 tablespoon soy sauce

Combine 6 to 7 cloves of garlic with 2 tablespoons of white sesame in a bowl.

Add 1 teaspoon of black pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the mixture.

Pour in 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.

Add 1 teaspoon of white vinegar to the mixture.

Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

In a separate bowl, soak 7 to 8 dried red chilies in hot water until soft.

Slice 1 onion and add it to the blender with the soaked chilies.
