Thaw frozen bread dough overnight, covered with plastic wrap sprayed with non-stick spray, for at least 8 hours.
After 8 hours, check the dough; it should have doubled in size.
Transfer the dough to a floured cutting board and pop any air bubbles by kneading it slightly.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle shape using a floured rolling pin, which may take about 10 minutes.
Spread softened butter evenly over the rolled-out dough.
Sprinkle about 3/4 cup of brown sugar over the buttered dough.
Sprinkle about 3.5 teaspoons of cinnamon over the brown sugar.
Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other, pinching the edges to seal.
Cut the rolled dough in half lengthwise, ensuring to cut through all layers.
Open the cut sides up and twist them together, then place in a greased loaf pan.
Cover the loaf pan with plastic wrap and let it rise for about 2 hours until puffy.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake the loaves for 20 minutes until golden brown.
Prepare the glaze by mixing 2 cups of powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons of butter, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and enough milk to achieve desired consistency.
Drizzle the glaze over the baked bread.
