1 kg chicken
1 tablespoon ginger paste
1 tablespoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 tablespoon onion paste
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons mustard oil
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon food color
1 tablespoon white vinegar

Start by heating a frying pan on medium heat.

Add 1 kg of chicken to the pan and cook until it turns white on the outside.

In a bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon ginger paste, 1 tablespoon garlic paste, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 tablespoon onion paste, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon garam masala powder, 2 tablespoons mustard oil, and 1 tablespoon tomato paste.

Add the mixed spices to the chicken in the pan.

Stir well to coat the chicken with the spice mixture.

Cook the chicken for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked.

Add 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon food color, and 1 tablespoon white vinegar to the chicken and mix well.
