1 cup semisweet chocolate chunks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup coarse sugar

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the salted butter and coarse sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.

Fold in the semisweet chocolate chunks until evenly distributed throughout the dough.

Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and shape it into a log about 2 inches in diameter.
