Prepare the dough by mixing flour, salt, and water until smooth; knead for 5-7 minutes.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
In a bowl, combine ground meat, finely chopped onions, minced garlic, cumin, and black pepper.
Mix the filling thoroughly until well combined.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Divide the rested dough into small balls and roll each into a thin circle.
Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle.
Fold the dough over the filling to create a triangle or pocket, sealing the edges tightly.
Place the samsa on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Beat an egg and brush it over the top of each samsa.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
