2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup tomatoes, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 Habanero pepper, minced
1 onion, chopped
2 spring onions, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon thyme
1 cup rice
2 cups chicken stock
1 cup hot water

Clean the chicken thighs and place them in a bowl.

Add onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, dried pepper, curry powder, chicken seasoning powder, and salt to the chicken.
