Prepare the lamb fillet by cutting it finely.
Salt and pepper the lamb fillet thoroughly.
Cook rice in salted water beforehand.
Mix the cooked rice with the salted and peppered lamb.
Turn the ulta bar inside out, ensuring the internal fat is inside.
Fill the ulta bar with the meat and rice mixture and secure it tightly.
Boil water and add some vegetables and a little salt.
Place the ulta bar in the boiling water and cook for 40 to 60 minutes over low heat.
Prepare the balak dish by cutting two types of fish (carp and trout) into small pieces.
Chop a little onion and add it to the fish for flavor.
Salt the fish and chop a couple of potatoes (optional).
Preheat a pan and pour in sunflower oil until hot.
Fry the fish until the bones are crunchy.
