Fold the edges of the phyllo over the filling to create a border.
Top with more phyllo sheets, brushing each with oil, and tuck the edges underneath.
Score the top with a knife to create portions.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
