Gnocchi and Sausage

350 grams of Sausage Meat
Baby Peppers
400 grams Fresh Gnocchi
1 Teaspoon of Dijon Mustard
1 to 2 Cups of Passata or Chopped Tomatoes
1 Teaspoon of Italian Seasoning
1 to 2 Tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce
Handful of Baby Spinach
Mozzarella Cheese for topping

Roughly chop Baby Peppers.

Add 1 Tablespoon of Oil to a Frying Pan.

Add the chopped Baby Peppers and gently fry until softened.

Add the Sausage Meat and break up into small pieces, gently fry until browned.

Add the Italian Seasoning and the Dijon Mustard, mix well.

Add the Worcestershire Sauce, mix well.

Add 1 to 2 Cups of Passata or Chopped Tomatoes, mix well.

Add a handful of Baby Spinach, mix well until spinach wilts.

Boil water and cook Gnocchi for 2 to 3 minutes.

In an ovenproof dish, pour in the sausage mix.

Drain the Gnocchi and mix with the sausage mix.

Add Mozzarella slices on top of the bake.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
