1.5 cups Water

Mix the Pink Curing Salt, Pepper, Sea Salt, Brown Sugar, Stubbs Liquid Smoke, and Water in a bowl.

Place the Pork Belly and the cure mixture in a sealed bag for 7 days.

After 7 days, rinse the Pork Belly under water.

Sprinkle more liquid smoke on the Pork Belly, wrap it up, and place it in the freezer for a few hours to make slicing easier.
