Place the balls in the freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour, until firm.
Melt 6 squares of Lindt 90% dark chocolate in a medium heat-proof bowl in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds, until melted (approximately 45-60 seconds).
Alternatively, place the bowl with chocolate on top of hot water to keep it melted.
Remove the balls from the freezer and coat each ball in chocolate using 2 forks.
Place the coated balls back in the freezer to set, or drizzle with melted chocolate if you want to use less chocolate.
Return them to the freezer to allow the chocolate to harden.
Store in an airtight container in the freezer, letting sit at room temperature for a minute or two before eating.
