Pork Loin

2 lbs pork loin
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped

Mix the seasonings together in a bowl.

Make slits in the fat side of the pork loin to allow seasonings to penetrate.

Set the Instant Pot to the saute function and melt some butter or oil.

Sear the pork loin on both sides until nice and brown.

Pour some liquid into the pot and scrape up the brown bits to avoid burn notices.

Pressure cook on high for 5 minutes per pound of pork.
