The salad has since become a staple in American cuisine, known for its hearty ingredients and vibrant presentation. It is often served as a main dish for lunch or dinner, appealing to those looking for a filling yet fresh meal.

Preheat the oven to 260°F.
Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Insert a thermometer into one chicken breast and place both in the oven.
Cook the chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F or better.
Remove the chicken from the oven and refrigerate to chill before slicing.
Place bacon on a sheet in the oven to cook until crispy.
Steam the eggs for 12 minutes to hard-boil them.
Once the eggs, bacon, and chicken are done, refrigerate them to cool.
Prepare cherry tomatoes and set them aside.
Make the dressing by combining 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 cup red wine vinegar, 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
Use an immersifier blender to mix the dressing until smooth, adding a touch of water if needed.
Refrigerate the dressing until ready to use.
Chop the cooled bacon and place it in a bowl.
Slice the chilled chicken and place it in a bowl.
Slice the hard-boiled eggs carefully to keep the yolk intact for presentation.
Cut avocados in half, remove the seed, and peel the skin off gently before dicing them.
Chop chives or green onion as a substitute if chives are unavailable.
Begin assembling the salad by placing a layer of chicken down the middle of a fancy plate.
Add cherry tomatoes on one side and hard-boiled eggs on the other side.
Place diced avocado next to the eggs and bacon next to the avocado.
Top the salad with crumbled blue cheese on both ends.
Optionally, mix all ingredients in a large bowl with dressing for a fully coated salad.
