Melt the peanut butter and honey together in a bowl.

Add 2 cups of old-fashioned oats, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the bowl.

Combine all the ingredients until well mixed.

Add a heaping 1/4 cup of regular size chocolate chips to the mixture.

If the mixture is too thick, add more honey to help it combine.

Prepare an 8x8 baking dish by lining it with parchment paper and securing it with clips.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and press it down evenly using a rubber spatula.

Spray the spatula with nonstick spray to prevent sticking while pressing the mixture down.

Place the baking dish in the fridge for about 2 hours to set.

After 2 hours, remove from the fridge and cut into bars.
