1

Heat a heavy bottom pot over high heat.

2

Add 1/4 cup olive oil to the pot.

3

Add 600 grams of frozen mirepoix and a strong pinch of salt. Stir together and fry for 1-2 minutes until vegetables are thawed and starting to soften.

4

Add 3 grams of garlic powder, 2 grams of ground black pepper, and 1-2 grams of dried oregano. Stir and fry for another minute until aromatic.

5

Add 75 grams of roasted chicken bouillon and 2 kilos of store-bought chicken stock. Stir to combine.

6

Add 150 grams of orzo to the pot and bring to a simmer. Cook the orzo according to package instructions (about 7 minutes).

7

While the orzo cooks, prepare 150 grams of Swiss chard by removing the stems and slicing the leaves into strips, then dicing them into small squares.

8

After about 5 minutes of cooking the orzo, add the chopped Swiss chard to the pot and stir in. Lower the heat to medium-low.

9

Tear off 450 grams of meat from a rotisserie chicken and rough chop it into medium dice, keeping the skin on.

10

After 7-8 minutes of cooking, when the orzo is cooked and the Swiss chard is tender, add 2-3 grams of turmeric, 150 grams of frozen peas, and the diced chicken to the pot.
