Shredded Tofu Burrito Bowls

1 block super firm tofu
2 tablespoons avocado oil
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
1 bell pepper
1 red onion
2 cups cooked rice
1 15-ounce can black beans
1 head romaine
2 small avocados
pickled onions

salsa verde sauce
lime wedges
