Greek yogurt reduces calories while maintaining creaminess

Boil 250 g of potatoes until tender.

Finely chop 1 red onion, 2 sticks of celery, and a few pickles.

Crush the boiled potatoes before adding them to a bowl.

Add 2 boiled eggs to the bowl with the potatoes.

Mix in 1 tablespoon of mayo and 2 teaspoons of yogurt.

Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the mixture.

Eyeball and add about 2 teaspoons of ranch dressing.

Mix everything together, adding more yogurt if needed.

Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl.

Top with an additional scoop of yogurt and sprinkle with black pepper.

Drizzle Smoky drag hot sauce on top for flavor.

Garnish with a sprig of parsley.
